Who we are

Our office was founded in 2010 by Ernst & Young Alumni and certified tax advisor Manuela Ponikwar.

We are located about 20 car minutes away from Munich city centre, close to the Munich orbital A99 motorway taking you to Munich airport in 30 minutes.

The office is easily accessible also for the disabled with parking available and an elevator.

After my dual international economics degree from Cambridge, England and Berlin and my side step to banking with Chase JP Morgen in London, I worked for 8 years at Ernst & Young, one of the big-4 leading audit and advisory firms, in the Munich office.

Working as an audit manager and company authorized signatory I largely dealt with international group entities in the area of technology and communication.

Five years ago I took the step to being self-employed with my own office, now working largely in the Munich area but also across Germany.

My office now advises numerous international group entities of medium and large international companies from their set-up to ongoing tax support and accounting here in Germany.
